Working Toward Fidelity

We know that you can expect positive outcomes when you focus your implementation on using all aspects of the content and by mastering the ten competencies of being a Resilience For Youth facilitator.

However, it doesn’t happen overnight. It is a process, and you must be patient as you work to become more effective. Working with you on issues that deal with real life is not easy. You are awesome, just for being there for them.

This section is meant to help you work towards using the WhyTry approach with fidelity. We know the more you can align your own practice with the strategies which are proven to work will help you. Below we have provided several resources and ideas about become a WhyTry master teacher by using our program with Fidelity. We have the Fidelity Checklist for our original WhyTry program that works perfectly for Resilience For Youth as well!
